With 20 years of experience in the non-profit and PreK -12 public education field, Michelle is committed to funding and fueling the visions and missions of various non-profits that impact communities. Michelle holds a Masters in Public Administration with a Non-Profit Management Concentration. With budgeting and fiscal management skills she has successfully managed multi-million dollar school budgets maximizing resources to students and teachers. As a grant writer she has written and been awarded grants ranging from thousands to multi-million dollar awards from state, local, federal and private foundation grantors.

Of the three grants awarded in Waterbury, Renaissance Consulting wrote two of the applications and both of our clients were awarded funding totaling over $200,000! Congratulations to BAGS Foundation CT and Porter's House who now have funding to move their important work forward.
